Business in red and considering winding?

Hey, how is your day going today?
Yesterday I hinted on business strategy. Even though I have not looked at the full business strategy cycle, a good strategy must have a plan B and also an exit strategy.

There are many reasons that a business will close. However, unless it is an illegal and repugnant business, the worst strategy is to close down shop and forget the emotional and material investment that went into creating and sustaining the entrepreneurial spirit. We focus on Net net Factoring as an awareness that there are resources out there to halt the terminal phase of a business. We challenge business owners and managers to re-assess their business model. In my past work experience, I have encountered the disillusionment of entrepreneurs who have been forced by down turn economies to give up on the very brain child they had nurtured and depended on for their income. Ever so a business owner depressed over the thought of surrendering their business and lay-off employees they have treasured?
Net Factoring could have come handy if they perhaps sort business advice and strategic partners.

Net net Factors says:
Revisit the business strategy. Do your numbers and do a reality check. Plan on the next phase of your strategy. Consider whether you could revive the business at a critical point by bringing in a Factoring Creditor. Remember, these offer what I will call Emergency Rescue services at critical time in the cash flow. Then leap smartly!
